The act of welcoming is understood as a mission of love. It is a way of preparing everyone’s heart to receive the love of God. Each pilgrim is then invited to feel His presence and His love.

This welcoming is carried out by concrete activities:
-To receive and to guide the pilgrims, either in groups or individually
-To encourage pilgrims to prayer, to dialogue and to information.

The unlimited love of God should be felt by each pilgrim through the amiability, the respect and the charity of the one who receives. It is a challenge felt by each one of us, knowing that it is in the name of Our Lady that we receive, for She wants to present Her Son, today as ever, as «...the Way, the Truth and Life» (Jo, 14,6)
