In the context of the Centennial of the Apparitions, the Shrine of Fatima relies on the cooperation of the Conservatório de Música do Porto, also celebrating its centennial, to perform a concert which is part of its Christmas party program. The work Música para um poema de Natal I (Music for a Christmas poem I) by Fernando Valente, composer and professor of composition in that Conservatory, commissioned by the Shrine, will be featured firsthand. |
